It is to the home/ business
owner’s advantage to have the control system designer and integrator working with the builder from the beginning. Decisions about the
- systems to be integrated
- the wiring
- the equipment required, and
- the placement of equipment in rooms
are best made during the initial construction, design and planning stage. At the home or business’ framing, any special electrical or
wiring will have to be completed. Fixtures for outlets, lights, speakers, projection, or display mounts must be placed and timely delivery of
source and control equipment must be arranged. When the site is ready for final trim out, the system integrator will complete the control
system installation, connect the source equipment and program and test the system to ensure everything is working correctly for final move
in.
If however, a renovation instead of construction is intended, DTA will still be able to retro-fit a home or business with any of our systems.
Wires will never be visible and the decor of the site will remain as originally intended by the designer.
